Organized by the 8^th Executive Committee of School of Biomedical Sciences (SBS) Postgraduate Student Association (PSA), the orientation session for the research postgraduate (RPg) students newly admitted to the Graduate Division of Biomedical Sciences in 2019-20 was successfully held on 6 August 2019.

Members of Executive Committee, SBS PSA first extended their warmest welcome to the freshmen and encouraged the new students to actively participate in the future activities organized by the SBS PSA. Ms. Hao Suyu and Ms. Cai Mengyun, representatives of SBS PSA gave a brief introduction of the research life in the SBS and shared their living experience and campus life with the freshmen. Afterwards, the freshmen and senior students took part in ice-breaking games and discussion to deepen the understanding with each others.

This annual orientation session is a good opportunity for our new RPg students to have a delightful mingling interaction with their fellow schoolmates, and also to learn to acclimatize to the new study environment in the School.

研究生會執行委員會成員向2019-20年度入學的研究生表示熱烈歡迎，並鼓勵他們積極參與研究生會所舉辦的活動。研究生會代表郝蘇瑜和蔡夢雲同學向新生們簡介學院的研究生活，並分享日常生活經驗及校園生活。及後，新生與學長學姊進行一系列破冰遊戲，互相認識及交流。

每年舉行的學部迎新典禮讓研究生們加深對彼此的了解，令新生們更易融入學院的學習環境。
