Members of the School of Biomedical Sciences (SBS) took part in the CUHK Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2022 held on 15 October 2022. Over 1,600 visitors, including secondary school students, teachers, and parents, visited our booths, and joined various activities arranged by the School to gain a deeper understanding of the BSc in Biomedical Sciences Programme.

Delivered by Dr. Ann S.N. Lau, Director of the BSc in Biomedical Sciences Programme and Associate Director (Undergraduate Education), and Dr. Kanchan Singh, Lecturer of SBS, 7 admission talks attracted more than 1,000 audiences. Several BMS student representatives also shared their learning experience and campus life. Other interactive activities included Cell Study Workshops on “Mesenchymal Stem Cell Differentiation” and “Xenopus Embryo Development”, Dissecting Laboratory Tour, and Life and Death Education Sharing Sessions. Dr. Josephine W.S. Lau, Dr. Rebecca K.Y. Lee and Dr. Shivani Shinde answered visitors’ enquiries at the programme consultation sessions to enhance the participants’ understanding of our BMS Programme.

生物醫學理學士課程主任及學院副院長（本科生教育）劉善雅博士與Kanchan Singh博士主持了7場入學資訊講座，共吸引了超過1,000名參與者，多位學院本科學生亦分享了他們的學習經歷及校園生活。其他互動活動包括有關「Mesenchymal Stem Cell Differentiation」及「Xenopus Embryo Development」的細胞研究工作坊、解剖實驗室參觀以及生死教育分享會。 劉詠思博士、李潔瑩博士及Shivani Shinde 博士於課程項目諮詢環節解答問題，有助加深參與者對生物醫學理學士課程的理解。
