Before I truly settled on my research interest, I explored various academic fields. I started my undergraduate studies in aquaculture at Southwest University, which led me to the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences for further education. Subsequently, I pursued my PhD degree in School of Biomedical Sciences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), specializing in cancer and inflammation research, a cross-disciplinary shift inspired by my leap curiosity about the mysteries of life. Under the guidance of Professor Yangchao Chen during my doctoral and postdoctoral studies at CUHK, I focused on tumor molecular biology, histone epigenetic regulation, and the targeting of microRNAs, lncRNAs, as well as the development and application of tumor immunotherapy technologies. Having witnessed numerous families struggle with high medical expenses during my life and academic pursuits, I made it my mission to turn my research findings into practical medical applications, aiming to alleviate the burden on patients through my work.

After graduation, led by Prof. Chi Hin Cho, an Emeritus Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, we returned to Luzhou as a member of CUHK doctoral team. Equipped with the advanced technologies and concepts I acquired in Hong Kong, I dedicated to contribute to the medical advancements of my hometown.

In Luzhou, I established several key institutions, including the Molecular Pharmacology Laboratory, the South Sichuan Institute of Translational Medicine, the Luzhou Key Laboratory of Cell Therapy and Cell Pharmaceuticals and etc. These endeavors have brought cutting-edge technologies and talents to my hometown. I have also actively promoted collaborations with CUHK, signing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with School of Biomedical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine to establish a new platform for tumor immunotherapy. Together, we are driving the development of tumor immunotherapy technologies, working diligently to facilitate the translational research achievements and bringing new hope to cancer patients. These platforms not only provide a robust foundation for our research team but also serve as powerful catalysts for medical technological advancements in Luzhou and throughout southern Sichuan region.

Looking back, I feel that every step I have taken has been solid and determined. Moving forward, I will continue to delve deep into scientific research, making cancer less daunting. On this long and arduous journey, my team and I will remain steadfast, embodying our passion for science and respect for life.

在我真正確定自己的研究方向之前，經歷了幾次專業上的跨越。我的本科是從西南大學水產養殖專業開始的，之後我一路探索，先是在中科院水生生物物研究所深造，後來又在香港中文大學生物醫學學院繼續博士學業，跨領域專攻癌症與炎症的研究。這幾次的轉變其實都基於我對生命奧秘的探索。在香港中文大學博士及博士後的求學時光裡，我師從陳揚超教授，主要從事腫瘤分子生物學、組蛋白表觀調控及靶向microRNA、lncRNA、腫瘤免疫治療技術研發與應用。在生活及求學過程中，當目睹許多家庭因高昂的治療費用而陷入困境時，我下定決心，要通過自己的努力將科研成果轉化為實際的醫療應用，減輕患者的負擔。

畢業後，我在香港中文大學榮休教授曹之憲教授的帶領下，作為香港中文大學博士團隊成員之一，我帶著從香港學到的先進技術和理念回到了瀘州，希望為家鄉的醫療事業盡一份力。

在瀘州我先後建立了分子藥理實驗室，川南醫學轉化研究院，細胞治療與細胞藥物瀘州市重點實驗室等，為家鄉引入了先進的技術與人才。我積極推動著與香港中文大學的合作，並與香港中文大學生物醫學院簽訂框架協議，搭建起腫瘤免疫治療的新平台。我們積極推動腫瘤免疫治療技術的發展，努力促進科研成果的轉化，並為癌癥患者帶來了新的希望。這些平台不僅為我們團隊提供了堅實的科研基礎，也成為瀘州乃至川南地區醫療技術進步的重要推動力。

回望過去，我深感每一步都走得踏實而堅定。未來我將繼續深耕科研，讓癌症不再令人畏懼。在這條漫長的道路上，我和我的團隊將堅定不移地走下去，用實際行動詮釋對科學的熱忱和對生命的敬重。
